People these days are aware with their hairstyle. They want a fashionable and unique hairstyle like Korean nor Japanese hairstyles. To get attracted or to get more attentions from people, they want to be fashionable with their hairstyles. But, I don’t think its good to see that you have that gorgeous hairstyle but when you take a look with it, you can see the flakes or should I say dandruff on every strands of your hair. EWWW!
First, what is dandruff?
Dandruff is a mixture of flaked off skin cells. It is also know as “Seborrhea” which means “too much oil“. Another term for Seborrhea is Seborrhoeic Dermatitis. The gland that release oily material is Sebaceous gland, the function of this is to keep our skin moist.
This is a common problem for all ages that results from neither too little moisture nor too much oil.
Factors that has been shown with the result from Dandruff problem are as follows:
1. Skin oil commonly referred to as Sebum or
sebaceous secretions;
2. The metabolic by-products of skin micro-organisms (most specifically Malassezia
yeasts);
3. An individual susceptibility.
4. Stress
Just like me who used to stay up late and fell asleep in the morning will surely have this kind of skin disorder due to stressed. I admit I used to get this flaky and itchyness on my hair especially when I haven’t take a bath for just a day. I don’t think shampoo and conditioner can solve this problem. I’ve tried few shampoo and conditioner products but I haven’t seen one that really works with my hair. Though I haven’t tried expensive products, I’d rather choose for the effective and affordable shampoo and conditioner than buying expensive ones but not effective.
